Download our free CPR posters and action plans with guidance on cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The materials are based on recommendations from the Swedish Resuscitation Council and the European Resuscitation Council.

The posters combine easy-to-understand illustrations with concise information to help you follow important steps in an emergency. Print them and display them at home, at school or preschool, or in the workplace.

The posters are available in several colors and languages (Swedish, English, and Arabic), so you can choose the options that best suit your setting.

You’re welcome to copy and share the posters, as long as their content is not changed. Feel free to share the page with family, friends, and colleagues.

The PDF files are available in A3 and A4 formats. A3 is the larger size (29.7 × 42 cm), while A4 is smaller (21 × 29.7 cm). Both sizes can be printed on a standard color printer.

The posters are supplementary materials and do not replace CPR training. If you’d like to learn the practical skills, you can take a CPR course.
